Normal sudoku rules apply.
Even Regions: There are four hidden Even Regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells containing even digits. Orthogonally adjacent even digits always belong to the same Even Region.
Opposite Arrows: A digit on an arrow indicates how many digits of the opposite parity are in the direction of the arrow. (ie if the digit is even, it counts odd digits, and vice versa). If a cell has multiple arrows, count each direction independently.
Kropki Dots: Cells separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage sum to the number in the top-left of the cage and cannot repeat.
