FORTRESS FILLOMINO:
• Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions and fill each cell with a number (not necessarily single-digit) showing the number of cells in the region to which it belongs;
• Each region must be either strictly larger than all of its orthogonal neighbours or strictly smaller than all of its orthogonal neighbours.
LOCKOUT LINES:
• Numbers on a line must not be equal to or between the numbers in the two diamonds that the line connects;
• Numbers in two diamonds connected by a line must have a difference of at least 4;
• Two diamonds are connected by a line if there are no other diamonds between them on the line.

Are the diamonds in R2C5 and R4C4 considered connected?

TPP: Good question - they are not considered connected. Only diamonds connected by a line without another diamond between them are connected. I'll update the wording later today :)
