the break in felt indeed a bit tedious tbh;
but tedious does not exclude elegant IMHO.
And while I'd loved to get a disambiguation a hair sooner;
to -what I think galium_odoratum meant- avoid the temptation to bifurcate.
(I just kept the options as a set... and patiently waited for the sets to fall apart)

Anyways, it's a very nice puzzle and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
the break in to me, certainly justifies the 3* rating
the rest was smooth sailing

Thanks a lot for sharing

After messing up completely in a first attempt, I finished it well within half an hour. Indeed box 3.

Loved it, had just the right amount of complexity to offer a challenge at the beginning, but breaks down quickly afterwards. Very nice :)

Lovely intuitive break-in. Perhaps I was lucky that it seemed very sensible to me but a definite 2* for me, and I'm not very smart usually.

Maybe I have missed sth, but 3* for me with a quite tough break-in which felt a bit brute-forced due the very deep logic.

Two stars? i really must have missed something very obvious…

Very nice. The start was tricky but once box 3 was sorted out the rest of the solve was facile.

Pretty tough break-in, but once one has the gist of the two boxes you obviously have to start with, the rest falls apart pretty easily. So I think it's maybe more a four star in the beginning and a 1-2 star for the rest.
