The Rules:
- [Number Placement]: Fill the grid with the digits 2, 5, and 0, such that there are three 2's, three 5's, and three 0's in every row, column, and region.
- [Product Arrows]: Bulbs are 1, 2, or 3 digit numbers read from left to right and are the product of the digits along the arrow. No leading 10's or hundreds digits can be 0.
