FORTRESS FILLOMINO:
• Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions and fill each cell with a number (not necessarily single-digit) showing the number of cells in the region to which it belongs;
• Each region must be either strictly larger than all of its orthogonal neighbours or strictly smaller than all of its orthogonal neighbours.
HIT POINTS:
• Clues outside the grid give the sum of all cells that contain a digit equal to the distance of that cell from that clue in the row or column.
• For example, a row of 22664477 would have a Hit Point value of 9 from the left as 2 and 7 are in their "correct" positions and sum to 9, and a value of 10 from the right as 4 and 6 are in their "correct" positions and sum to 10.
Solution code: Column 8 (Top to Bottom)

Even though I made a couple of logical error along the way and had to backtrack to discover my mistakes I still solved the entire puzzle quickly enough to rate it at two stars of difficulty.
Hadn't it been for my own mistakes I'd probably have rated it 1½ stars.
