Outer Shell (Mean Mini, Region Sum, Thermo)

This is a mean mini I made for Isaiah some time ago. Difficulty might be a little more than 3* for some, but testers have varied, so I'm setting at at 3* for now. Please enjoy.
The Rules:
- Choose 6 different digits from the digits 1-9. Place these digits exactly once each in every row column and 2x3 box.
- Region sum lines: box borders divide blue region sum lines into segments. The digits on each segment must sum to the same total. Different lines may have different totals.
- Thermometer: digits on a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
- Kropki: digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive.

this cannot be a level 2. in order for that classification to apply, a beginner would need to be able to use standard procedures, plus a lot of effort, to solve the puzzle.
however, this variant is rare enough that such standard procedures do not exist in the beginner toolkit, and you have to create the entire system from scratch.
