Rules
Draw a loop by connecting the centers of some orthogonally adjacent cells that visits every circle. The loop must turn on a black circle and must not turn in the cells on either side. The loop must not turn on a white circle and must turn in at least one of the cells on either side.
Cells shaded blue are called "ice cells." On ice cells, the loop must not turn, and the loop is able to cross itself. The loop must not cross itself on non-ice cells.
Solution code: The amount of turns per row (top to bottom).
