This is my first puzzle, mostly just playing around with rules I enjoy.
Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Blue Region Sum Line: Digits on a line have the same sum in each region the line passes through. If a line passes through a region multiple times, each individual segment sums separately. Green Entropic Line: Any set of three sequential cells along an entropic line must contain a low digit (1,2,3), middle digit (4,5,6) and high digit (7,8,9). Digits may repeat on a line, if allowed by other rules. Quadruples: Digits in the quadruple circle must be in one of the four squares touching the circle.
Enjoy!

for sam:
the box 5 rsl has 3 options.
track it through IN DETAIL to col 1, & you find that 2 are impossible.
and it will have ONE degree of freedom. so 369 are excluded.
after a lot of work elsewhere, including BASIC sudoku, you find that one of its cells takes that degree of freedom, and therefore the other 2 cells must be ...
for setter:
nicely done, but likely too hard for beginners --> level 3.
technical suggestions:
1) use PEACH for entropy lines.
2) people have by now worked out the most succinct statement of the rule for this type of rsl : "box borders divide the blue line into SEGMENTS having the same sum"

Loved the interactions around box 4+7. Thanks!

I thought that i had done some pretty good solving. Got down to three options for the blue region sum in box 5. Couldn't see right one so i bifurcated my way to the right one. I suppose there might be a way to see it but i couldn't. ¯(ツ)/¯

55 minutes for placing first digit. I don't know how it's possible it's your first sudoku. Cool! ♥️

Hmmm... 25 minutes and i've only placed one digit... i think this may be 3 stars...
