Cherry Blossom

The old tree is just a big stump by now. Help the newly sprouting cherry blossom to grow and find all of its blossoms.
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Starting from the root, draw a connected network of branches.
- The branches must connect to all nine blossoms.
- The blossoms contain the digits 1–9, with each digit appearing exactly once. No two blossoms may share a row, column, or 3×3 box.
- Branches may connect orthogonally or diagonally.
- Branch cells contain numbers that strictly increase as you move away from the root.
- Every blossom must be adjacent (orthogonally or diagonally) to a branch cell, and the blossom's digit must differ by exactly 1 from one adjacent branch cell.
- A cell cannot be both a branch and a blossom.
- Some blossoms and part of the tree are given at the start.
- The old tree (in grey) cannot connect to blossoms(all blossoms only connect to the new tree, they can be next to the old tree, however) or grow more branches.

Yes, sorry that is misleading. What I meant is it doesn't interact with the blossoms(and Not overlap). So every blossom has to Connect to the new tree

Am I missing something here? The old tree cannot connect to blossoms which presumably leads to only R4C7-R9C7 being available in box 6 and 9, since blossom connects orthogonally or diagonally. But blossoms cannot share a column.
Is the rule that the old tree cannot overlap with blossom instead of connect?

Very interesting puzzle with a very nice ruleset, which took some getting used to.
But once you get the hang of it, it's awesome.
Around 2.5* difficulty for me.
