the constraint checker wasn't working for columns 2 and 3, or for some of the rows too - but it's fixed now

This has hopefully been sorted, I couldn't work out what was wrong but am confident it is fixed.

Pretty sure I solved it, solution code works, but sudokupad says it's not the solution. Problem with the solution in the link?
