Divide the grid into 9 non-overlapping regions of orthogonally connected cells. Place the digits 1-9 exactly once into each row, column, and region.
Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by an orange dot contain digits with a difference of at least 4. Cells separated by any dot are in different regions. Not all dots are given.
Using red, green, and blue, color all circles such that:
-Orthogonally adjacent circles are different colors.
-The digit inside a circle appears that many times in circles of that color.

A serious challenge which took some working out. Brilliantly done.
Snookerfan's advice on hydration very necessary - I had to work hard during the current heatwave.
