Normal sudoku rules apply.
Mod 3 Arrows: A digit on an arrow indicates how many digits in the arrow’s direction have the same remainder when divided by 3, including the digit itself. (eg a 2 on an arrow means that exactly two cells in that direction—including the 2 itself—contain digits from the set {2, 5, 8}, since those digits all leave remainder 2 when divided by 3).
Summit Lines: Digits along a blue line must be ascending or descending, with 1 and 9 reversing the ascension/descension. (eg if digits along the blue line are 2-5-7-9-8-5 in that order, the sequence is ascending until the 9 causes a descension).
Antisocial Circles: Digits in a circle are not orthogonally or diagonally adjacent to any consecutive digits.

Solution code: Row 9

I love 'quality' arrows and I adore summit loops. Super fun (2 1/2 stars for difficulty).

Vythic: Didn't understand how editing comments worked before but always happy to see appreciation for the Summit Lines! I think they can be quite polarizing, so it's great to see the positive feedback.

Very nice ruleset, it took some time to get into but once started the solve was very smooth and delightful. Thank you for setting and sharing it!..
