Chaos Construction: Digits are not repeated in rows, columns, or regions. The board is divided into nine hidden, orthogonally connected regions containing the digits 1-9.

A digit on an arrow indicates the length of the uninterrupted run of cells immediately beyond the arrow, in the arrow's direction, that belong to the same region as the arrow cell.

Summit Lines: Digits along a blue line must be ascending or descending, with 1 and 9 reversing the ascension/descension. (eg if digits along a blue line are 2-5-6-9-8-5, the sequence is ascending until the 9 causes a descension).

XV: Cells separated by an X sum to 10, and cells separated by a V sum to 5.

Nice puzzle, my chaos reconstruction was a bit chaotic, there probably was an easier and smoother way, but I got it at the end.

Great CC puzzle!! Definitely a few spots where I had to think about the interactions a bit more deeply, but lots of good flow and the rules all come into play well, very fun!
