Digits inside a killer cage must sum to the indicated total, but may repeat if permitted by sudoku rules.
Digits partially outside a cage contribute reduced value to the sum based on how much of the cell is inside the cage, e.g. an 8 in a cell where half of it is outside of the cage adds 4 to the total.

geometry, fractions, and arithmetic. lol. level 5 for most people. level 1 "for me".
p.s. i measured the figures with calipers. the smaller shapes are inaccurate. lol.
p.p.s. basic sudoku circumvents the need to deal with some of the harder cages

That was a lot of fun! As Chaos down there said, it took a bit of doing to recognize the 16ths and 8ths at times, but I had a lot of fun solving each cage!
Admittedly, the 11 and 9 cages in box 6 were rather annoying - but that could well have been due to how I approached them.

Very fun puzzle! You did a surprisingly good job of getting across the ratios purely visually but it definitely took a little bit of squinting to be sure haha. I would play another one!
