Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Double Sandwich: Values outside a row/column indicate the sum of the digits between 1 and 9 or 4 and 6.
Min/Max: A digit in a min/max cell is either smaller or larger than all orthogonal digits to its cell (whether arrows are facing inwards or outwards).
Solution code: Enter digits of row 4 and 6.
