Play in Sudokupad
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Quad Circles: Each circle contains four digits which match the four cells that surround it.
Given Digits: Not all quad circle digits are given, some quad digits must be determined by the solver.
Counting digits within the circles: Every circled digit, whether given or not, is a counting digit. A digit N that is circled means that the number of N's circled is equal to N. (A digit that repeats in the same circle is counted twice.)
Red Arrows: Digits on a arrow sum to a number which is a digit in the attached circle.
Sum Restriction: Two arrows connected to the same circle must have different sums.
Solution code: Column 3 top to bottom.

88% is a *criminally* low rating. This puzzle is *fabulous*!

Wonderful, but tricky? Tricky, but wonderful?
At least one of those, probably both!
--thank you! I thought the trickiest part was you can't assume all the same logic in counting.
