- Low-German Whisper Line: Neighbouring digits on an orange-green line must differ by at least four. Additionally, each digit must be either higher or lower than all of its line neighbours.

- Cells connected by an X sum to 10. Cells connected by a V sum to 5 (not all X/Vs are given).

@slowbiex: That's not quite right. You can totally have 1-5-1 or 9-5-9 on these lines (sudoku permitting).

I named them Low-German Whisper because "Low German" is the name of a family of languages/dialects (including Plautdietsch) spoken in northwestern Germany and the eastern Netherlands, right in the middle between Dutch and German, in a sense. I feel like Belgian is a bit more out of the way, geographically.

Brown seems like a good color for them, though.

I second "Belgian Whispers". Makes perfect sense. Need their own colour though. Maybe brown (blending green and orange).
