Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide a blue line into segments which have the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
Dutch Whisper: Adjacent digits along an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
Yellow Dots: Digits in cells joined by a yellow dot are not consecutive.
Solution code: Column 8.

(For the record, it also solves uniquely if both the yellow dots are regular kropki dots, which is cool! I'm sure there's some math thing explaining that)

Lovely puzzle. It's the second time of the day that I completely misjudge a clue and get a unique solution. For the fun, if the kropki dot in box8 was white, the puzzle has also a unique solution.
