Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Colour the grid so that each cell is one of two colours. Cells joined by a green square are of the same colour. Cells separated by a red diamond are of different colours.
Circles count the number of (up to 8) surrounding cells, not including themselves, of the same colour as they are. Negative constraint: no other cell does this.
Two circles of the same colour which touch, even diagonally, may not have the same or consecutive digits. (This constraint does not apply to touching circles in different colours.)
Solution code: All digits in the bottom row which share their colour with the leftmost digit of that row, read left-to-right.

I had a hat, but now I am without. And so I walked around for practically forever singing, where do the boys go?
Haven't heard that one in ages!
