Fog of war sudoku. Mixed rules. Link to puzzle.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Blue lines must have equal sums in each region.
Blue lines are also Renban lines which are a group of consecutive numbers in any order on the line.
Black dots separate cells in the ratio 1:2.
White dots separate consecutive numbers.
The good news...all possible black and white dots are given so the negative constraint applies to both.
The bad news...all the black dots have disguised themselves as white dots.

the rules clearly state the blue lines are region sums AND renbans, but somehow i went 10 minutes before realizing that. after that point it was wonderful!
