Fun with Thermodynamics

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Region sums: If a line crosses one or more box borders, those borders divide the line into groups with equal sums (which may differ for each line).
Entropy: No string of three or fewer consecutive digits on a line may have more than one each of low digits (1,2,3), medium digits (4,5,6) or high digits (7,8,9).
