Lines are entropic region sum lines where each three adjacent digits along the line must contain a high (789) medium (456) and low (123) digit. Box borders break the lines into segments that sum to the same total for each line. Only two lines share the same segment sum.
Black dot separates two digits that are in the ratio 1:2. Not all black dots are given.
