Drawn by curiosity and the hope of finding supplies, Odysseus leads his men onto the Cyclops' island, where their search brings them into Polyphemus' cave.
Odysseus has found no welcome in the house of Polyphemus. The Cyclops has trapped the Greeks in his cave and left them among the sheep, the shadows, and the bones of the dead.
But the king of Ithaca still has his cunning. He gives the giant wine and names himself “Nobody.” When Polyphemus sleeps, the Greeks sharpen a wooden stick and drive it into his single eye. His screams shake the cavern walls, but when the neighboring Cyclopes call out, he answers that “Nobody hurt me.” No help comes.
Now he guards the cave mouth by touch alone, and only by slipping beneath the sheep can the survivors find the hidden path to freedom.

@dzamie, yeah, I thought that people can cheat and enter solution code before finishing the puzzle.
But then I wondered - fun of solving the puzzle is the process, not a checkbox on the website. So I let it be :)

That was fun! I'm glad I played the artless version, since I wasn't sure how to necessarily tell cave from wall in the art one.
Kinda funny that you can enter the solution code well before you actually finish the sudoku.

I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between wall and cave on the art version. Thank you for making the other version.
