This is my first attempt at setting a sudoku, i havent seen anyone use this concept so im trying it out to see what you all think please let me know if you have any advice.
- Normal killer Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in a cage sum to the value of the first two cells of that cage when read left to right top down.
- Digits connected by an X sum to 10.
- Have fun!

After solving this I doubt that I'll ever set or solve a pill arrow sudoku again. This ruleset feels a lot more natural, and this puzzle is an excellent advertisement. Thanks for sharing this beauty!

Wow — what a debut puzzle. This honestly might be one of the most enjoyable sudokus I’ve solved on LMDE in a long time.
The killer cage concept was fantastic and led to a really satisfying, natural solve path. Huge congratulations, and I really hope you make more puzzles!

P.P.S. I got completely hung up on the cage in column 1 for ages, and once I finally cracked it, I realized the cage in box 7 was actually much more approachable. This puzzle would honestly be perfect for a fog-of-war remake :D
Also, I think a single row would’ve been enough for solution verification — having to enter 18 digits felt a little excessive.
