Region Sum & Quadruples Chaos

Chaos Construction:
- Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into nine orthogonally connected regions, and fill every cell with a digit from 1-9 so there aren't repeats in a row, column, or region.
Region Sum Lines:
- Region borders split a blue line into segments, and every segment on a line has the same sum.
- Disconnected segments in the same region are summed separately.
- Every line crosses at least one region border.
- Different lines may have different sums.
- Digits in a white circle must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.

Incredible! This flows so well and uses plenty of nice Chaos-sudoku elements. I thought I broke it early on because I didn't think a certain region could do a thing, which it did. Great Shapes. Great setting, thanks!

Absolutely lovely puzzle. Took me about 90 minutes with a break for lunch. Adding this one to my favorites which is just slowly becoming a nice list of chaos construction puzzles.

This is a very enjoyable puzzle. In CC puzzles, it is always such a pleasure to see the regions grow. In this one, the regions are formed so smoothly, without too much strain in the logic which makes it so beautiful. Thanks for sharing this.
