Inspired by Magnus Josefsson’s Compass puzzle series.
Divide the grid into regions and enter into each cell the size of its region. Regions of the same size may not touch each other, even diagonally. Each Fillomino region must be either entirely shaded or entirely unshaded.
Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected and all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected. No 2×2 area may be entirely shaded or entirely unshaded.
Digits in cells with an arrow indicate the total number of cells belonging to the Fillomino region at the base of the arrow that lie in the direction of the arrow.
All arrows are given.
