  • Latin Square: Place the digits 1–9 exactly once each in every row and column.
  • Latitude Cells: Exactly one cell in each row and column is a latitude cell. Latitude cells form a set containing the digits 1–9 exactly once each. The value of a latitude cell is equal to its row number.
  • Kropki Dots: White dots separate consecutive digits. Across a black dot, one digit is double the other. Not all possible dots are necessarily given.
  • X/V Pairs: Digits joined by an “X” sum to 10. Digits joined by a “V” sum to 5. Not all possible X/V pairs are necessarily given.
  • Killer Cages: Digits may not repeat within a cage, and the digits sum to the small clue in the top-left corner.
