Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
The X and the greater than > sign have been deliberately set to be exactly the same when partially covered by fog. There is no fog in this puzzle.
The number in a cell with one or more greater than signs pointing outwards, is greater than all the orthogonally adjacent cells being pointed to.
Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10.
Not all Xs are necessarily given.

Really enjoyable puzzle, neat idea and good execution. I did find the grid a bit 'busy' from a visual perspective, but that's probably just how my brain works!

I found the fog paragraph quite confusing without context, but it isn't related to the solution. Thanks for the puzzle.
