Box and grid borders divide blue lines into segments with the same sum.

Numbers on blue lines outside the grid are X-sum clues, i.e., they give the sum of the first X digits in the corresponding row or column, where X is the digit closest to the clue. X-sum clues may be any number (not necessarily from 1-6).
