@kasperd
Have you looked at this link in the portal:
https://logic-masters.de/Raetselportal/Suche/einfach.php?start=0&sort=leicht&sel=ungeloest
While the puzzle is very nice and easy, I hardly think it is among the easiest 1-stars. The one star category is so wide it could totally be broken in 3 sub categories…
--------------------------------
Edit: I was too curious and spied on your solved puzzles, you only solved 17 1-stars among close to 200 puzzles so now your statement makes sense. I tried to find a counter example like https://logic-masters.de/Raetselportal/Raetsel/zeigen.php?id=000PPO but they are arguably same dificulty.

For a moment I looked at this and thought it could not possibly have a unique solution when it's so symmetrical.
But then I realized that it is (of course) not fully symmetrical. The way this breaks symmetry is quite unique.
This may be the easiest one-star puzzle I have solved.

I’d love to see this one solved properly, figure out what I’m missing. After a very few digits I gave up and picked a cell value to see where it took me.

the reason this actually works is because the grid is NOT mirror-reflected
