Just like the good ole saying "This puzzle is 2 cool 4 me" or something like that.. Anyways, enjoy another puzzle by me!
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits in cages may not repeat and must sum to the total in the top left corner.
3. Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
