Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle.
A digit in a circle indicates the total number of digits it sees in its row and column which are strictly smaller than itself, where digits larger than itself block vision.
Each circle contains a different digit.
Solution code: Row 8
