FORTRESS FILLOMINO:
• Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions and fill each cell with a digit showing the number of cells in the region to which it belongs;
• N.B. In this puzzle, all regions must be single-digit (max. 9) in size;
• Each region must be either strictly larger than all of its orthogonal neighbours or strictly smaller than all of its orthogonal neighbours.
PERIODIC SUMS:
• A clue outside the grid shows the sum of N and every Nth digit thereafter in the indicated row or column, where N is the digit in the first seen cell;
• For example, a row of 345678912 would show a clue of 18 (3+6+9) on the left and 26 (2+9+7+5+3) on the right.
Solution code: Row 1 (top), left to right

Aligned rules between SudokuPad and LMD (all regions are max. 9 in size) - thank you @eladv for noticing!

@ThePedallingPianist: this sentence appears in the rules on sudokupad but not on LMD:
"N.B. In this puzzle, all regions must be single-digit (max. 9) in size"

TPP: Thank you for catching this!
