• Normal sudoku rules apply:
  Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column or 3x3 box.
• Digits in a cage can repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner, which must be deduced by the solver.
  Each cage total will have as many digits as indicated by the number of question marks.
  A cage total will not have any leading zeroes.
• Digits separated by a white dot have a difference of one.
