Squishdoku: The central 7x7 square contains the digits 1 through 9 such that no digit repeats in any row, column or 3x3 box as marked out by the dotted lines.

Full Rank: Each row in the 7x7 square can be read as one long number from left to right and another from right to left. Similarly, each column can be read as two numbers, top to bottom and bottom to top. These 28 numbers, when sorted into ascending order, each have a rank from 1 to 28. Values in the outer ring indicate the rank of the long number when read from that side. There are no tied ranks.
