Great idea. I wasted a lot of time at first.

I was like: OK I colored everything...I know which pair of numbers there are..but HOW THE HELL can I find the first number? I was just looking at it like a frog who cannot find the water...when I saw it, I felt stupid ngl
Very nice Sudoku ❤️

Threw me for a loop with the lack of a certain rule. That wound up being both easier and harder than I expected from the get-go, using familiar yet slightly different rules of deduction.
I probably could've used the black dot earlier than I did, but it was helpful in the end, nonetheless.

I very quickly got very confused, until I re-read the rules. After seeing what I got wrong, everything fell into place.

Loved this puzzle! The break-in was 2* for me. Even after that, it would have been easy to make a mistake. I was worried until the end that I was wrong. Just had to take one step at a time.

So much planning ahead, and once the first (non 5) digit is placed, the whole puzzle crumbles. Loved it!!

Why do you think, there is a 5 in column 9?
"Each of the nine boxes must contain all the numbers from 1 to 9." -- boxes not rows or columnes.
