All clues are standard, but sum lines count to the same total for every visit to a region!
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Regional sums: Box borders divide blue lines into segments. Each segment sums to the same total. Different lines may have different totals. Every visit to a region counts towards the same total for that region!
Killer cages: Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the number given.
Quadruples: Digits in circles must appear in a cell touching the circle.
Odd: Cells with a grey circle contain an odd value.
Clarification: There is one regional sum line in R3C6, R2C6, R1C7, R1C8, and R1C9. There is a different regional sum line in R1C5, R1C6, R2C7, R3C7, R4C8, and R4C9!
Solution code: Row 9 from left to right

Very fun. Some tricky to spot patterns so I think you're right with 2* personally.

Really nice puzzle—unfortunately I tend to just read the rules in the app, rather than on LM, so when I read "All clues are standard" I didn't notice the unusual sums rule and really struggled for a while!

Thanks for the hint, I fixed the rules! And thank you for the kind words :)

That was the first "other" region sum line rule I've played, and I quite enjoyed that logic. Great setting, thanks!

Thank you so much! This is the first Sudoku I've ever set, so I really appreciate the feedback!
