Even Distribution

Hello.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Orthogonally adjacent cells may not both contain even digits.
Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the total given in the top left corner of the cage.
Digits separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio.
