Trying to combine more constraints like I usually do in my early days of setting.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit on that arrow's circle.
3. Digits in a white circle must appear in the four surrounding cells.
4. Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Not all dots are necessarily given.
