Normal sudoku rules apply. Put the Digits 1 - 9 in every row, column and 3x3 box.
White Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all possible dots are shown.
Black Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot indicate one digit is double the other. Not all possible dots are shown.
Sensors: Red circles act as sensors: each number in a red circle equals the number of EVEN digits a king’s move away within the same 3×3 box, including itself.
For example, if a circled cell sits in a position where its king’s move within its box covers 6 cells containing the digits 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 9, then the circle would be 3, since 2, 4, and 6 are even.

very nice puzzle, I like the parity sensor concept (didnt know it yet).
