Gas Station I : Quadruples

Here is the first of hopefully many of a set of "Gas Station" puzzles! I am aiming for these to be GAS level of difficulty, where a solver that is just starting to learn the rules of variant sudoku can get through and enjoy the puzzle. May as well start with my favourite constraint :) Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Quadruples: Digits in white circles must be present at least once in the cells the clue touches.

Well gas just hit $6.24 a gallon near me in Oakland so... I will leave it as a homework assignment to figure out the cost per liter in your local currency. ;)
