Normal sudoku rules apply: Place digits from 1-9 once each in every row, column and 3×3 box.
Renban: Digits on a magenta line for a non-repeating set of consecutive digits, in any order.
Inequality signs: An inequality sign between two cells points to the smallest number.
Moon-or-Sun: Draw a single, non-intersecting orthogonal loop that passes through every region in the grid exactly once. In each region, the loop must pass through either all moon cells, or all sun cells. The loop cannot pass through both moon and sun cells in a region. After the loop goes through the moons in one region, it has to go through all the suns in the next region it enters and visa versa. In each region, the loop has to visit at least one moon or one sun.
Cyphered Moons/Suns: Letters in the corners of cells reference the inner grid. If the digit in the referenced cell is even, place a Sun. If the digit in the referenced cell is odd, place a Moon. Don't place Suns or Moons anywhere else.
Example: If in the inner grid, row 1 column 2 has a 6, then in the outer grid, the cell with AB in it must get a Sun.
Every cell in the inner grid is referenced exactly once.
Uniqueness arguments are strictly forbidden.
Solution code: In the sudoku, shade all cells of which the corresponding cell in the outside grid is not visited by the loop. Don't shade any other cells. Solution code is all sudoku digits in shaded cells, in reading order.

Absolutely phenomenal puzzle. Totally unique idea and the interplay of the sudoku and the path led to some really lovely logic. I can't even imagine how you managed to set such a complicated puzzle and still have such an elegant solve path. One of my favorites for sure.
