Alternating Sum Whispers

Normal sudoku rules apply. Put the Digits 1 - 9 in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Cells connected by a V must sum to 5.
Parity: Adjacent digits along the red parity line must alternate between odd and even.
White Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all possible dots are shown.
Black Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot indicate one digit is double the other. Not all possible dots are shown.
Killer Cages: Digits in killer cages sum to the number in the top-left corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Alternating Region Sum German Whisper Line: Digits on the blue and green line must differ by at least 5 from adjacent digits. The line is divided into segments by 3×3 boxes. The sums of these segments alternate between two values as the line passes through boxes.
For example, if the segment in one box sums to 18 and the next sums to 14, then the following segment will again sum to 18, then 14, and so on.

Pretty fun, but also rather easy and sudoku heavy.

This ia major improvement over yesterday's first take on the Alternating Region Sums. Still a tad heavy on the standard Sudoku for me, but looking forward to further puzzles.
