Normal sudoku rules apply.
Adjacent digits along a green line differ by at least 5.
A digit in a cell with arrows facing outward must be greater than all of its orthogonal neighbors.
On a black dot, one digit is double the other. On a white dot, the digits are consecutive.

lovely puzzle! wish i couldve given a more accurate time of how long it to solve but i forgot to pause when i had to run errands so it instead says it took me 175 minutes! shall retry soon to tell you what it properly took! :)
