A digit in a cell with arrows equals the amount of cells in the directions combined that share its parity (odd or even), not counting itself.
(For example, if R6C6 is 3, then there are a total of three odd digits below it and to its right. If R6C6 is 4, then there are a total of four even digits below it and to its right.)
