Null (Killer, Minesweeper, Loop)

Zetamath recently posted a new setting challenge over on the Puzzle Plaza discord server. The challenge was to make a puzzle using minesweeper rule. This is my submission. Enjoy!
RulesNormal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer: Digits in a cage off the loop may not repeat. Values in a cage may repeat and sum to the given total.
Null Loop: Draw a loop that travels orthogonally through the center of some cells. Digits on a loop have no value for killer cages.
Null Sweeper: Digits in a circle are not on the loop and represent the number of the (up to 8) surrounding cells that are on the loop.
