Rules
Overlaps: Every little square is the center of a 3x3 box. Fill the grid with the numbers from 1 to 9 so that in each row, column, and aforementioned box each digit occurs exactly once.
Digits on renban lines form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order. Digits on double arrows lines sum to the same total as the digits in the attached circles.
Digits outside the grid are skyscraper clues. They give the number of digits in the row or column the clue 'sees'. Digits obscure smaller digits from vision.

Thanks for solving! I gave the difficulty rating based on the judges saying they would give it one star here. But of course the judges also solved a lot of hard puzzles for this round, so they might have perceived this puzzle easier in comparison.
