Regular Sudoku rules apply.

Regular Hashiwokakero rules apply: The circles are islands that must be connected by bridges. Each pair of islands can only be connected by at most two bridges. Bridges can only be horizontal or vertical, must not cross each other and must not go through other islands. The digit in each island specifies that island’s number of outgoing bridges. The islands and bridges must form a single connected structure.

Cells that are not parts of islands or bridges form (orthogonally connected) bodies of water. Each body of water contains exactly one number in the grid, which specifies the sum of the digits in that body of water.
