This is one of those that I had marinading in my drafts until I felt better about it AND the testers could find a few places that it could be trimmed. Enjoy!

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Skyscraper - digits outside the grid indicate the number of digits in the attached row or column that are visible in that direction, where higher digits block the view of lower digits. For example, if a row reads 452691378 from left to right, its skyscraper number on the left would be 4 (4, 5, 6, 9), and its skyscraper number from the right would be 2 (8, 9).
- Lockout lines - digits along a blue lockout line must not be between or equal to the end digits in blue diamonds, and the diamond digits must differ in value by at least 4.
- German Whispers - neighboring digits on a green German Whisper line differ in value by at least 5.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.

Thank you for this fun puzzle, NotSoMagnifique! As you know, I am (usually) not the biggest fan of Lockout Lines, but you used them so well here. Great construction!
