I had the absolute pleasure of collabing with Sotehr to make the next installment in this fantastic series pioneered by ThePedallingPianist! Additionally, this puzzle is doubling as TPP's puzzle for this year's SudokuTwitchTrain!

FORTRESS FILLOMINO:
• Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions and fill each cell with a number 9 or less showing the number of cells in the region to which it belongs.
• Each region must be either strictly larger than all of its orthogonal neighbors or strictly smaller than all of its orthogonal neighbors.
FULL RANK:
• The values on columns and rows, read in both directions, make a total of 24 numbers of six digits.
• Clues outside the grid show the rank for the indicated row/column among those 24 numbers, where the lowest is 1 and the highest is 24.
• One or more equal numbers are considered to be at rank N when there are N-1 numbers of strictly lower rank, meaning ties go to the lower rank. (For example, we say there are three numbers in rank 20 when there are 19 numbers of lower rank and the next rank will be 23, i.e. the ranks could go ⋯, 19, 20, 20, 20, 23, ⋯).

Wonderful puzzle! Requires the right questions but oh boy is it satisfying.

I have finally caught up with this wonderful series, with the exception of this beast... eek! - I'll probably cheat and stream it with big brains pushing me through at some point - lol.
Update: No need to get help in the end. Easy dubz! 38 minutes. Very nice. :) The DubiousMobius entry is now the new nemesis. - haha
